You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Course access

Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant a non-transferable license for individual learning. Sharing logins or redistributing materials is prohibited.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Refunds follow our support policy; contact [email protected] within 14 days if a course is not as described and less than 20% completed.

5. Intellectual property

All content, names, and designs are the property of Ascentia ToyCare or its licensors. You may not copy, record, or resell course materials without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse forums or harass other learners.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or scrape private content.
• Repairs on valuable or hazardous items must follow guidance; when uncertain, consult a professional conservator.

7. No guarantees

We provide training and guidelines but do not guarantee repair outcomes. Results vary by material condition, environment, and user skill.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ascentia ToyCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
